How does INFX make money?

Is INFX Trading, Ltd licensed as a broker?

Yes. INFX's articles of incorporation allow it to deal in forex, shares, futures, options, commodities, and securities.

How do I know my funds are safe with INFX?

INFX is maintaining a set of very strict guidelines ensuring that client funds are kept separately from firm operating capital. These funds are never commingled. Additionally, INFX's net capital is in excess of most minimum regulatory requirements.

Does INFX offer its services to US citizens or residents?

Unfortunately, no. None of INFX's services are offered to US citizens or to US residents at this time. We are working on making our services available in the US so please check back with us later.

What are your trading hours?

INFX will be open 24 hours daily between 20:00 GMT on Sunday and 20:00 GMT on Fridays. Trading can be performed only during these hours, but you can login to your account 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

What are INFX's margin requirements?

Our margin requirement is 1% or 100 to 1.

Is the price on the screen a true live price?

Yes. All the prices are real tradable prices and can be executed instantly.

Can I place a bid and an offer in the market at the same time?

Yes. Clients can input as many bids and offers as their account balance allows. Clients have the ability to be market makers, and the option of placing their bids/offers inside or outside of the existing price.

What amounts can be traded?

Amounts are denominated in millions but can be traded in increments of 1 unit of the base currency.

What currencies are available to trade?

Currently clients can trade all the major currencies, and also GBP/CHF, GBP/JPY, NZD/USD, USD/CAD, USD/SEK pairs.

How do I fund my account?

Your account can be funded through bank wire transfer, E-gold and WebMoney payment services. Go to Cashier -> Deposit menu in live IDeal platform for details.

How much money do I need to open an account?

INFX does not impose minimum funding requirements. You are free to deposit as much or as little as you wish.

We recommend you start with a deposit of at least $500.

How do I withdraw money from my account?

You will need to fill out a Withdrawal form in the Cashier -> Withdraw menu in live IDeal platform.
